Houlihan Lokey advises Napier Park on its sale to First Eagle

We are pleased to announce that Napier Park Global Capital (“Napier Park”) has entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by First Eagle Investments (“First Eagle”). Napier Park and First Eagle have $18.7 billion and $110.5 billion in assets under management, respectively. The transaction has been approved by First Eagle’s board of directors and Napier Park’s partners. The transaction was announced on March 30, 2022, and is expected to close in the coming months.
