Houlihan Lokey is pleased to announce that Hunter Point Capital acquired a GP Stake in MidOcean Partners on October 28, 2021. Hunter Point is the new GP Stake firm founded and led by Bennett Goodman, the Co-Founder of GSO Capital Partners, and Avi Kalichstein (formerly of J.C. Flowers). This transaction represents Hunter Point’s first GP Stake acquisition. Houlihan Lokey served as exclusive financial advisor to Hunter Point.
