Hotline to Report Breaches of New Preventative Duty on Sexual Harassment is coming!
October 26th ?will see the introduction of the new legal requirement on employers to comply with the Preventative Duty on Sexual Harassment.
It will apply to your company or organisation.?
Large and small employers may carry out their duty to prevent harassment in different ways but the Equality and Human Rights Commission(EHRC) stress that no employer is exempt from this duty.
And ?the EHRC has announced that it will:-
?Establish a mechanism for employees and employee representatives to notify them of breaches or potential breaches of the preventative duty.?
