Hoteliers, the race for your Inventory is hardening

Right on time before ITB Berlin, here are 3 take aways for hotel marketers:
- Inventory is your main asset, not rate
- The clock is ticking for intermediaries (either Corporate or Wholesalers)
- Votality of booking sources will sky rocket, making annual budget planning a wish rather than a tool
Urgently needed agile planning will require solid data to start from. If your hotel is not set yet (only few really are!), reserve some of your time to wander around in the tech halls, esp. Hall 6.1 at ITB Berlin and check the likes of Snapshot.
