As the year nears a close the hospitality stats on Trending shows the following:
- Occupancy for November dropped by 1.2% to 73% for the month.
- YTD Occupancy is down 1% to 81% for the year to Nov 2024.
- Even though this is down on 2023 it is still a historically record occupancy number going back for 10 years.
- Rates are still driving up with an increase of 4.45% for the month to a November ARR of €133.
- YTD ARR is up 1.5% to €146.
- Overall RevPAR for the month is up 2.8% with YTD up 0.26% at €118.
