8 年In addition to this John, different countries measure the floor areas in different ways. This results in a different cost per M2 across projects, and in some locations in the middle east with international companies working on the same project, it can result in different measures on the same project! The new International Property Measurement Standards seek to address this, and many global institutions are already signed up to the code. Regards,
