Hotel On The Cards for Old Motor Tax Office in Dublin

A planning application has just been submitted for a 249 room hotel development at River House on Chancery Street, Dublin 7. For those of you old enough to remember, you’ll know that this is the site where the old motor tax office used to be located. This area of the city in particular is currently going through somewhat of a gentrification process most notably in Smithfield just a stone’s throw away. Right on the Luas line, just set back from the Liffey, the proposed hotel will be less than a 10min walk to the likes of Temple Bar.. Find out all about the project and the team involved.

Another superb example of how an area of previous limited development is being evolved and transformed to aid our city's much needed quality tourist accommodation needs. DCON Safety Consultants Limited are delighted to be supporting this project as PSDP.
