Hot Tea Tuesday: April 26, 2022

This week will be a special edition of Hot Tea Tuesday. For the last couple of months we have been discussing the statistics in this real estate market. The one thing that we haven't discussed is just how challenging from a first-hand perspective this market really is.

One of my buyer clients have been looking for a home for several weeks now and it has been nothing short of challenging. The homes hit the market, we write offers, end up competing with dozens of others for the same home, don't get chosen (despite being a strong offer) and have to do it all over again.

I quickly realized that it is in the best interest of my clients that I get creative and come up with other solutions to find them a home. I hit the pavement and reached out to homeowners in their desired areas. Well, little did I know someone was paying attention.....
