Normal price: STM32F103C8T6: around RMB 6, STM32F103RCT6: around RMB 10. There has been a large demand for these two ST basic F series MCUs in downstream consumer electronics, IoT, industrial control, etc.

2. 32-bit high-performance MCUs: fall after rise

STM32F407VET6 price is going down steadily. STM32F429IGT6 price began to increase against the trend after the drop earlier this year, now higher than the previous price, over RMB 400.

Normal price: STM32F407VET6: about RMB 19; STM32F429IGT6: about RMB 30, both belonging to STM32F4 series.

STM32F429xx series, compared to STM32F407xx series, in terms of performance, has a little higher main frequency: 180 MHz; in terms of image performance, has image accelerator; other than that, they are not much different if just used for control.

Price: MCUs available in stock: steadily decrease; auto MCU: still at an unreasonably high level.

3. STM8S003F3P6TR: in a steady price reduction

This piece of chip is steadily decreasing in price like other consumer electronics, to about RMB 5.

Its normal price is about RMB 1; this MCU is used in wireless chargers, shared bicycles and small home appliances around us.

This consumer MCU had a significant price drop in the second half of last year, but the price went back up sharply by the end of the year and recently got a steady fall.
