PRODUCT DESIGNER

IRELAND OR UK?

Due to growth we have an exciting new opportunity for a strong mid to senior level Product Designer to join a talent design team working on exciting software products.

The role can operate remotely out of the Uk or Ireland with the odd travel arrangement as necessary.

The Design team uses a research lead approach?to their products to drive a successful outcome.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To deliver design solutions?
• To product mock ups in sketch app with html prototypes
• To design and build with usability?, user and usage insights in mind
• To work with a user centred design approach to test and iterate designs
• To collaborate with the wider design team and product teams aswell as the users
• To present to stakeholders?
• To analyse?the UX Research and the user metrics to support iterative improvements
• To be able to influence, inspire and mentor the team for better user outcome

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

• Design related degree
• ?4 + years UX Research and UX Design / UI Design experience
• Good working level of : Sketch, Balsamiq, Adobe CS.Framer
• Knowledge?of?HTML5 and CSS3 for prototyping?( we are not expecting a development level !)
• Experience of user centred design
• Experience of testing methodologies aswell as usability and accessibility?principles
• Experience of being able to clearly present and communicate your design processes aswell as both ideas and solutions to stakeholders
• Passionate about design and working within a collaborative?team?
• Innovative and forward thinking about UX
