New! Election Season Extension Pack ???

Billy, Emergency Management Solutions Specialist at D4H has prepared an Election Season Extension Pack designed to equip emergency managers with the tools they need to effectively monitor, manage, and respond to election-related events.

This free add-on to D4H Incident Management includes four pre-built templates designed to enhance operations and situational awareness; a polling location tracker, a civil unrest tracker, a media tracker, and a civil unrest checklist.

As Hurricane Helene threatened Florida, Billy and Implementation Project Manager, Marie jumped into action to create our Hurricane Extension Pack.

This free add-on is designed to help emergency managers respond quickly and effectively to the challenges of a hurricane. It's loaded with pre-built forms, and status boards specifically tailored for hurricane response, covering everything from evacuation tracking and damage assessment to shelter management and flood zones.

Say hello to our new Quick-Switch Sidebar! Now, users of both Incident Management and Alerting can easily switch between both modules. Soon, we’ll be adding Team Manager to make navigating D4H even smoother.

Team Manager

New! Swipe to remove equipment from 'Used On Activity' ?

Our Equipment Management mobile app scanner is lightning fast, but sometimes that means accidentally scanning an extra item or two ??

To fix this, we've added a super handy "swipe-to-delete" feature. Just update your app, and you can easily remove any mistakenly scanned items from an activity with a simple swipe.

• Private Custom Fields in Members: Account admins can now allow or restrict members to edit any private custom field that is created in Members. This gives you greater control over sensitive information and ensures data accuracy.
• Inspection Equipment List: Easily generate a list items that are covered in an inspection, saving you time and hassle.
• Team Manager API v3: We've expanded our Team Manager API with a ton of new functionalities.

Additional Updates

• Field-types cannot be changed after saving: To prevent accidental data loss, you can no longer change the data type of a field once it's saved.
• A Better way to sign in: For enhanced security, D4H no longer accepts legacy usernames. If you have members who have still not upgraded, please ask them to upgrade.
• System updates & fixes: Enjoy quicker loading times and an overall improved user experience.
