More about the role:-
Acting as a key primary contact for our clients this role will be an integral part of the Internal Sales Team.
You will be the internal key contact for our clients helping them support their customers by producing quotes and documents in a timely and accurate manner and overseeing all of the activities that facilitate the smooth deal flow and the processing of deals.
In addition, you will be responsible for the ongoing account management and business development of a portfolio of direct customers driving revenue growth from existing accounts as well as identifying new opportunities.
You will be expected to assist the Business Development Manager, Sales Manager and Sales Director with the implementation and management of new projects within the sales team.
Collating accurate business reports will also be a key component of this job allowing the Business Development Manager to have meaningful discussions with both existing and new prospects alike.
The role will involve working flexibly in a rapidly developing office environment, with the successful applicant needing excellent attention to detail, good communication and IT skills and be numerically competent in order to deliver high quality customer experiences.

MAIN ACTIVITIES
· Professionally managing the sales process from quotation to completion. · Processing documentation, invoices, and customer information.
· Responding to customer enquiries.
· Managing a portfolio of accounts.
· Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing accounts.
· Working closely with the Business Development Manager in order to produce meaningful reports for both existing introducers and prospects.
?· Attending meetings with key accounts with the Business Development Manager.

· Achieving sales targets within the boundaries of treating customers fairly. · Maintaining customer records and files, inputting and processing customer information, details and documentation onto the company’s sales/CRM system.
?· Obtaining a comprehensive product knowledge though on the job training
· Maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of products and services offered by Group companies.
· Attending conferences, sales meetings and completing training modules. · Providing support and assistance to fellow team members and departments in order to develop skills and meet company/team goals.
· Maintaining company standards and compliance procedures.
· Liaising effectively with all departments within the group.
· All other duties that fall within your capabilities as directed by your Line Manager.
