Is it hot in here??

Hey Girlfriend,

A few weeks ago, I shared with you that my son called me old although I feel like I’m sixteen.

Anywho, I was faced with reality at my last ob-gyn appointment when I was told that I’m officially going through “the change” AKA menopause.

Yep, me.

The girl that was often questioned “Baby, what grade I was in?” in my late twenties and early thirties… that girl, affectionately known as Ingafay.

When my doctor shared the news, I immediately thought about the joys of no longer having my monthly cycle. However, no one prepared me for the hot flashes that came with the change.

I hear Nelly in my head…

“It's gettin' hot in here (so hot)

So take off all your clothes

I am gettin' so hot, I wanna take my clothes off”

So what did I do?

I got a neck fan that is like American Express… I NEVER leave home without it. Hot flashes seem to come out of nowhere and I must be prepared. I have a neck fan on Amazon that I love.

So why do I think it’s so good?

1. The fan looks like headphones that comfortably fit around your neck
2. There are a variety of colors to choose from
3. 3 speeds to accommodate flash intensities - Hot, Hotter, Hell LOL
4. Rechargeable battery and USB cable

Now there are other portable fans that you could choose but I love this fan that looks like headphones and comfortably fits around your neck...and that’s why I like it.

Now the only time I would not recommend it is if you are attending a formal event because it doesn’t fit in a small purse. But you definitely can rock it doing everyday life… It's great.
