When I first chatted to Wouter about the episode, we were settled on talking about his experience of running great F&B outlets in hotels but while recording Wouter mentioned that when speaking to colleges with Hospo Life "the sad part is when you find out that half of the students that chose a career of hospitality by choosing a school in education for it, that already at the end of the education, that half of them already decided not to go into it."
