Greater autonomy for guests = reduced admin for hotel teams

The self-service portal, part of the GuestStay product by Guestline (an Access Company), now enables guests to manage their hotel reservation with options to modify or update dates, rate plan or room type, and to pre-order additional products and services like breakfast or parking in advance of their stay, all from the comfort of their own device. Fully Integrated with ResDiary (an Access company), hotels are seeing 25% of table bookings coming in via the Portal.
