- Reports to the hospitality manager of the ship
- Works individually and/or together with one or two other cooks depending on the program
- Work experience on board of a ship is necessary
- 1:1 work - leave schedule (6-8 weeks on/off), in case of temporary employment leave days paid
- Fixed salary every month
- Working on a beautiful full rigged 3-masted sailing ship
- International work environment, starting with sailing from San Francisco, USA to Tokyo, Japan!

- Serve food and beverages to our guests in an efficient and friendly manner
- Report to the Hospitality Manager and Chef de Rang
- To assist the Hospitality Manager in provisioning and purchasing of supplies
- Perform duties in the Emergency Response Team (coordinated by the Hospitality Manager)
- Works according to HACCP and USPH hygiene regulations
- Carry out restaurant and general cleaning procedures
- To report any feedback from guests to Hospitality Manager
- Performs all other activities that may occur, also in other departments (such as housekeeping)
- Working on a beautiful full rigged 3-masted sailing ship!
- A year contract with periods of 8-12 weeks on board rotating with leave periods of 4-6weeks
- International work environment
