Hospice Hero Ian Lowther completes 215-mile Race Across Scotland in aid of Willow Burn Hospice

Our Warehouse Team Leader, Ian Lowther has completed his 215-mile ultramarathon across Scotland!
On Saturday morning Ian swapped his Erwin Hymer Group UK Ltd hi-vis for a go-faster running vest as he set off on his 215+ mile run from Portpatrick on the West coast of Scotland to Cockburnspath on the East Coast.
Ian completed the 215-miles in less than 100 hours (97hrs 09mins!) and was welcomed at the finish line by his wife Anne and daughter Emily. During the race he was supported by friends John and David, they followed him along his 215-mile journey and kept us all up to date with his progress.
Ian has smashed his fundraising target and has so far raised over ￡1,500 for local charity Willow Burn Hospice . Erwin Hymer Group UK Ltd has promised to match the final total, pound for pound – so keep your donations coming!
