Hope and Reality
“Spontaneity is a meticulously prepared art” - Oscar Wilde
To hope is to want something to happen. Reality is what happens.
We are all capable of hope…picturing events or things in the future in our minds. Without hope, we have no vision and without vision there really is no future. When we hope (think, imagine and dream) we produce the image of the things we want in our future. (Remember…Good thoughts, good things. Bad thoughts, bad things.)
Action is the result that we are truly looking for; hope itself is no more than a tool we use to get us there. Nothing changes without action and only with action can we create the reality we desire.
“We all have dreams. But in order to make dreams come into reality, it takes an awful lot of determination, dedication, self-discipline, and effort.” – Jesse Owens
