Hope Partnership and IDignity Transition IDignity Osceola to Hope Identification (Hope IDs)

Kissimmee, FL — Effective January 1, 2025, Hope Partnership will transition its identification assistance program from operating as IDignity Osceola to Hope Identification (Hope IDs). This change reflects the commitment to continuing seamless, impactful services while aligning more closely with Hope Partnership’s organization’s mission and vision.?

IDignity Osceola was founded in 2016 as a franchise of IDignity Inc. Since its inception it has empowered individuals by guiding them through the often-complicated process of obtaining state-issued identification and other critical identification documents. Without proper identification, individuals face significant barriers to housing, employment, healthcare, and other basic needs. The work of this program has been vital in helping participants take important steps toward self-sufficiency and stability.?

Mary Lee Downey, CEO of Hope Partnership. “Hope IDs will continue to build on the legacy of IDignity Osceola, with deep gratitude to IDignity Inc. for their years of guidance and partnership, while planning for future growth to meet the evolving needs of our community.”

A Seamless Transition for Clients

“This transition marks a celebration of the incredible progress we have achieved together. It has exemplified the power of partnership and IDignity is proud to have partnered with Hope Partnership since 2016 in providing essential identification services,” said Michael Dippy, Executive Director of IDignity. “We are confident that Hope Identification (Hope IDs) will continue this important work, ensuring that individuals in need have the identification documents they require to access vital opportunities.”?

This change will not disrupt services for current or future clients. The staff who previously operated under IDignity Osceola are and will remain employees of Hope Partnership, ensuring continuity in the trusted relationships and personalized care that clients have come to rely on. Hope IDs will continue to provide hands-on support to individuals navigating the complex requirements for securing personal identification. Hope IDs will also maintain a regular presence at Hope Cares Day where neighbors experiencing homelessness can access a variety of resources including assistance with identification.

Looking to the Future

Since 2016, this collaboration has provided invaluable insights and experience for both organizations. It has enhanced IDignity’s strategy for successful replication of its unique identification services and new locations. It has also provided the framework for Hope Partnership to continue its current identification services while also using their current expertise to expand on offering even more comprehensive support to individuals facing poverty and homelessness. This transition marks an exciting new chapter for Hope Partnership, furthering its mission to strengthen communities, empower neighbors, and build hope through holistic care.
