Hope for Cambodian Children Foundation

Hi friends and colleagues, on the 19th October, a group of likeminded folk head to the Indochina Peninsula and ride upwards of 500km over 3 days, to raise money and awareness for the Hope for Cambodian Children Foundation.

'Hope' is a direct action (not for profit) Australian NGO who have been feeding, clothing, educating and housing some of Cambodia’s most vulnerable for a decade.

https://www.hopeforcambodianchildren.org Through this charity bike ride called HIRO4HOPE (Hope Indochina Ride Organization) riders, their sponsors and corporate partners have raised over 2 million dollars. This Ride provides funding for the 'Little HIROs Pre-school’ which we opened at the HOPE Centre in Battambang, a number of years back. Now there are more than 70 pupils each day. They are clothed, fed and educated by professional early learning experts in their native Khmer as well as English lessons, giving these youngsters a fine start and the very best possible opportunity to break the poverty cycle which today still grips their beautiful country.

I understand and appreciate that it’s been a really tough year for everyone and will continue into next year for many and my thoughts are with you all.
