You only succeed if you don't stop.
Getting going on LinkedIn is very much the same. Just because it hasn’t worked , yet, doesn’t mean it won’t.?
You just have to find your rhythm and stick to it.
The problem is twofold:
Which is exactly why it won’t work.
Story time…
I have been trying to lose a little weight (how much is irrelevant - mind your own business :-) ) and I would get so frustrated!!!
Why was it just not working?
In reality I was just not doing enough of the right stuff for long enough for the results to kick in.?
Now I am making progress.
Two guesses why?
Let me be your LinkedIn coach and let’s kick some a@s.
Switch creator mode on.
Having creator mode on means increased visibility and engagement on your profile, because it prioritizes your original content and automatically gains you followers from connection requests, gives you the ability to reach and influence a broader audience on the platform.
Pretty easy to do.
Click on your profile.
Go to Creator mode
Select it and switch it on - for now- soon its just going to happen
Be specific.
Don’t fall into the black hole of LinkedIn scrolling.
Use it intentionally.
Think about your very favorite client:

Got it? OK now go find them, check out their profile, comment on a post and say “Hi.”
Do not pitch slap!
I know you need the business, but stop.
Have a human conversation and get to know someone.
If they like you and they need your service, they will.
Without the slap!
I have been on a journey and I want to take you with me for a moment.

I still love steampunk and who doesn’t love a great suit?
The problem was when you got on a call with me, you got the Hoodie guy.
When you create content, speak to your audience but also be authentic.
After all they are on your profile to get to know you.
A Word from the Hoodie?
Take a moment to look at your profile, as if you didn’t know you.
Is it clear what you do?
Without be salesy you need answer what pain points you fix for your ideal customer with your profile.
If no one ever had a real conversation to pitch to someone, would you profile say enough for them to want to do business with you?
