You have many articles written on LinkedIn Shashwati. I appreciate your strong belief in equality. The fact is Practicing Equality should be a consistent practice that should be passed on to every new generation that is going to take the world forward. Practicing Equality will never stop or end. Even if laws are created and passed we should consistently ensure the laws are put in to practice. The challenge is now to create consistent voice and we have to create ideas that build the focus on creating and practicing consistent voice.
