Honored to be named to TA Tech 100

I was pleased to learn that the latest quarterly 25-member cohort class of TAtech's 100 Most Influential Talent Acquisition Thought Leaders for 2021 has just been published. It represents a mix of employers and TA technology industry leaders around the world, who have made "an important contribution to such mission-critical areas as improving the effectiveness and efficiency of recruiting operations, forging productive and mutually beneficial relationships with hiring managers, identifying and implementing state-of-the-art talent acquisition tools, educating corporate leaders on the essential business role played by talent acquisition and...optimizing the candidate experience."

You will no doubt recognize many of the 100 names there from the current and previous three quarters of awardees. It is exciting to be included among CEOs of top vendors, corporate recruiting leaders, and long-time analysts/consultants. My thanks to the members of the North American and European advisory boards of TAtech and its founder/CEO Peter Weddle, who I have known since the late '90s, and congratulations to all my fellow selectees/awardees.

I'm sure we all plan to continue forging ahead, particularly during these challenging but innovative times in our industry. I look forward to working with many of you and seeing what others do!
