As it is during the time around presidential elections, in the United States, and people are watching the Conventions, for both parties, there seems to be questions from my Fans, as to the Hatch Act, & if the First Lady ~ Melania Trump, violated it, by being on the White House property, violated it, or Aexretary of State ~ Mike Pompeo did, by taping on video his Convention speech, by being in Israel on Official Business with their Prime Minister.

Furthermore, I am being asked, what the Hatch Act is, & if anything will happen to them.

To put it in a simple manner, The Hatch Act was enacted ib 1939, which is actually called "An Acr to Prevent Pernicious Political Activities & its Legal Code is "Public Law 76-252. It was effective August 2, 1939.It was enacted by the 76th United States Congress.

It is an Act to prevent pernicious activities, in which its main provision prohibits all employees in the Executive Branch of the federal government , except the President & Vice President, from engaging in some forms of political activity.

First of all, legally speaking, the First Lady is not a federal employee, & there is not anything that can be done against her - legally. Second, President ~ Jimmy Carter, announced his Campain, from the East Room, of the East Wing of the White House, with no reprecussions. Equally, President ~ Barrak Obama, used his presidential jet, to fly all over, trying to highlight his agenda.Also Secretary ~ Mike Pompeo, has not used any U. S. government funds, or time, to pre-record his speech, for the Convention.

I presume that the Democrat Party will look into it, however with little to no success, being able to do anything against either one.
