Tell us a little about yourself:

I am passionate about brands and culture, and very tenacious – I won’t let something go until I am happy with the solution! I see myself as a dedicated and open-minded person, a true believer that prioritizing women's well-being within companies is key for our future.

1. Who has been the most influential woman leader in your career and why?

I find inspiration and guidance from various influential women leaders throughout my careers. Presently, I look up to Ariane Sunder, our VP of Emerging & Regional Markets,?for her leadership at Crunchyroll, where she brings unique qualities and experiences that can shape and inspire other women in their professional journeys.

2. Are you an anime fan? What do you think about the growing popularity of anime in mainstream pop culture, especially with celebrities, athletes, and other entertainers?

I am a casual fan (not going to lie here)! The increasing popularity of anime in mainstream pop culture is fascinating and reflects the growing global influence of Japanese animation. It's exciting to see how anime has transcended its niche status and captured the attention of a broader audience, including celebrities, athletes, and entertainers.

3. As a woman in the anime industry, what opportunities do you see for other women?

The anime industry is evolving, and there are plenty of opportunities for women to make their mark and contribute their talents. By embracing their creativity, skills, and passion for anime, women can play a vital role in shaping the future of this dynamic and vibrant industry.

4. What is one piece of advice that you would give to young women starting their career?

Always trust your instincts!??
