In honor of Women's History Month, join us as we highlight Ixandra Molina, our Creative Director.
Tell us a little about yourself.
Hola, my name is Ixandra but people call me Ixy. I enjoy puppy cuddles, having emotional talks with a cafecito, the feeling of starting a new project, and a good old-school reggaeton song playing in the background. I have a strong passion for digital art, music, and dance. Back in my teen years, I dreamt of becoming a backup dancer until I got my hands on my first laptop, which had Photoshop CS2, and the rest is history. I try my best to bring an encouraging perspective to work, coupled with a great sense of humor, and infectious energy.
Who is your favorite female artist and why?
This is a difficult question because I admire so many artists, but currently, Cazzu is my favorite female artist. She is a prominent voice in the Latin trap music scene and is recognized for her distinctive sound and empowering lyrics. She is an advocate for women's rights and frequently uses her platform to bring attention to issues such as gender-based violence and inequality. Her music and message are impactful, resonating with me and countless fans worldwide. It's no surprise that Cazzu is one of the most exciting and inspiring artists in Latin music today - You go girl!

Why should we bring awareness to International Women's Day?
Bringing awareness to International Women's Day is important because it highlights the achievements of women throughout history and recognizes the ongoing struggle for gender equality. By celebrating this day, we can motivate and inspire women to continue breaking barriers, pursuing their dreams, and reaching their full potential. It also reminds us all that there is still work to be done in order to achieve a more equitable and just society for women everywhere.
What does workplace representation mean to you?
Representation is more than just seeing people who look like me in positions of leadership; it's about the feeling of belonging to a community that reflects who I am. Despite being fearless and full of innovative ideas early in my career, I did not see myself represented in the workforce, but that motivated me to create my own opportunities. A truly inclusive workplace promotes innovation, creativity, and collaboration, making it a win-win for both employees and the organization. From day one, Tickeri has been a great place to work, it welcomed me with open arms and recognized the value of my contributions. I feel honored to be part of a team where gender equality is not just a goal, but a reality. Currently, Latin women make up 50% of our team and I couldn't be any prouder. I am committed to being a positive influence and demonstrating to young Latina creatives that they too can achieve success.
