In Honor Of
We've all seen the videos of the soldiers returning home and surprising their families, they are hard to watch without tearing up. The moments captured in those videos elicit tears of joy. This week we ask that you take a few moments and remember the families that cried alone when their solider didn't come home.
When we take a moment to remember our veterans, our minds are filled with the very specific and vivid images of friends that we have lost in Iraq and Afghanistan- their faces, their determination, their laughter, and their uniqueness. We are alive today because of the men and military K9’s that fought alongside us. We will never get too caught up in the long weekend celebrations and forget what this day signifies.
As leaders we realized that once a solider makes it home and military service is complete the options are vastly limited. We need to do better in providing opportunities for our military members.
Many people and organizations have since answered this call and we at Guardian Group have as well.
We have built an organization where our soldiers can continue to find passion and purpose in their lives, while working right here in our own country, never too far from home. We are able to be successful in making an impact on human trafficking because of the skills and experience our team gained while serving.
Become a Guardian and help us continue to reinvest in our veterans!
