I would point to some hidden meanings in the 2nd amendment in the US constitution in this situation. It is the 2nd amendment because the number 2 looks like a snake ready to strike. Governments who ignore the will of the people ignore that snakes be they animal, mineral or vegetable are everywhere and are so numerous they cannot be taken -- The people trampling on you have to breathe, eat and drink -- they should take care that a snake has not visited their meal first if they trample on you.
