Online certified courses is the new TREND, courses from branded and non-branded organizations or institutes, every TD&H offering courses.

From just pass out of college to non-employed youths to still working.

But are these courses validated by organizations other than the very organization imparting this skill? Are they validated by the education institute guards, the concerned authorities?

Are the corporate ready to accept these certifications?

In India with close to 1.4 billion there will be millions who will be ready for such certifications, but are these courses job ready? Are they job created to the ratio of pass out maintaining the balance.

Can this very organizations absorb a percentage of these qualified or certified pass out?

The very social platforms offering certified courses, have they got the same validated from the job creators?

Coding for little ones when they should have been learning music, art or engaging them in a sport have been handed over a certificate. Will the same technology be valid after ten to 15 years from now? Or will they remain an ATM for life by unscrupulous minds?

The trend will drain out India by millions of dollars, and ultimately what we will have is piece of paper in hand and these certified unemployed desperate will have no clue of what SAREGAMA is, how to hold a paint brush, or to which end of goal post you should be shooting?
