Honesty is the fastest way to prevent a mistake from turning into a failure. Quote by James Altucher

My opinion:
Raise your hand, if you are done with all the "pseudo' economists" posting their charts and guessing what might happen over the next 12 months.??
My advice:
If you want to develop the mindset to embrace the complexities of any Economic Landscape, then grab yourself a copy of one of the most profound works ever penned:??
The Wealth of Nations by Adam Smith. Originally published in 1776.??
What this genius did that sets him apart for all the other folks that make a living from guessing, is that he took the "human equation" into his postulations. (The "Invisible Hand.")
Note: The Invisible Hand is an economic concept that describes the unintended greater social benefits and public good brought about by individuals acting in their own self-interests.
The human equation adds an unpredictability factor to any outward analysis, and if honestly considered, would?render?these contemporary summations as, "here is my best guess, but honestly . . . I have no idea."?
The reality is that nobody, (RealtyTrac, FHLMC, FNMA, HUD, or anyone else) have any honest clues?regarding?what will happen next in housing.
So be prepared for the un-expected, follow your conscience, and do the right thing by yourself, your employees, your clients, and all consumers that are?impacted?by your decisions and/or actions.?
"And the path of the righteous is as a shining light, Going and brightening till the day is?established."
