If you make a commitment to be at an interview, make sure you are actually going to be there. If you think there is any chance you may be late or that a prior commitment may run over, always notify the other party. Being on time, and where you say you are going to say a lot about your character.
If you are letting individuals down, it can damage your reputation to the point of no repair.

3. Surround yourself with honest individuals?
When you surround yourself with those of decent character and a positive attitude, the integrity of your company as a whole will be reflected through these individuals. The people that you choose to employ, or work for, should not only be respected within their field but should provide a positive influence on those around them.?
4. Take responsibility for your actions?
No one is perfect, and everyone makes mistakes in both their professional and personal life. Owning up to your mistakes and not being afraid to hold yourself accountable portrays integrity. Words are very powerful, only if you can back them up with your actions. To act with true integrity, you must prove remorse for your mistakes.
5. Be aware of your work environment?
The environment that you are interviewing in provides others with insights into your identity. There is no time to be unorganized and unprepared, as organization and preparation speak volumes about your integrity to not only your interviewer but your recruiter as well.
6. Stay focused
It can be so easy to be tempted by distractions and other opportunities, but it is essential to stay focused on your work that is true and honest. If you are prepping for an interview for one role, make sure you are focused until you can see the result you are striving for.?
