On April 2, 2024, in Dubai, Honda Motor Co. (Middle East and Africa) made a significant announcement regarding the expansion of its digital presence. The company unveiled its brand-new social media platform, marking its debut across major platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, and LinkedIn. While Honda had maintained a presence on Youtube for a few years, this recent foray into the broader social media landscape represents a strategic move towards engaging with audiences in a more dynamic and interactive manner.

This launch comes on the heels of Honda's "Advance and Sporty" Brand Strategy, which was introduced for all their upcoming models earlier. The decision to venture into the realm of social media underscores Honda's commitment to fostering deeper connections with its audience and customers in the Middle East and Africa region. By leveraging the power of social media, Honda aims to enhance the visibility of its brand and strengthen its relationship with existing and potential customers, thereby further solidifying its position in the market.

The newly launched social media platforms will serve as primary channels for communicating Honda's brand message across its diverse range of products and services, including Automobiles, Motorcycles, Power Products, and Marine business lines. Additionally, there will be a special emphasis on highlighting Honda's Motorsports activities from around the world, showcasing the company's commitment to high-performance and innovation.
