The main ingredients of homogeneous vinyl flooring are resin powder and calcium powder. Because of PVC homogeneous flooring's thermal expansion and contraction characteristics, it is very brittle at low temperatures in winter. Falling from a height during loading and unloading can cause such a situation.

Therefore, in cold winter, the impact of low temperatures on the floor cannot be ignored.

Even the professional construction team must pay special attention to transportation, loading, unloading, and floor protection when the temperature is too low.

So, the higher the temperature, the better? Of course not.

When the temperature is too high, open the flooring, and the vinyl flooring is easy to deform; When the temperature is too low, open the flooring, and the vinyl flooring is easy to crack.

The correct way is for flooring rolls to be adapted to the construction site's temperature 24 to 48 hours before opening the package. Then, the rolls should be opened and pre-paved for 24 to 48 hours to allow the floor to adapt to the temperature again, release the stress, and increase the vinyl flooring's dimensional stability and service life. （We recommend that the construction temperature cannot be lower than 14°C, max about 30°C~35°C）
