A corporate enterprise looking for success, needs to experience Homeostasis.

What in the world is Homeostatsis?

It’s equilibrium. The treasured destination of each enterprise’s journey where the work happens by itself and success happens as a consequence and not a destination where employees and enterprise are marching towards. By the logic of Homestasis, there’s no success or failure. There’s only ideas and execution/implementation of the ideas.?


When’s an organization experience Homeostatsis ?

Have you ever driven an automative with autopilot or cruise control ? Imagine that feeling of heading to destination, without having to to much.?

That sense of warmth and comfort which we experience, when we are on a journey, heading towards our preferred destination without having to do MUCH. That’s when an organization is at Homestatsis.

Enough with my flowery words? I am getting to the points. An organization is at Homeostatsis…. when it’s employees are in Homeostasis?


What does that even mean ??

  • Employees work with complete control over the HOW. Corporate/Enterprise decides the WHAT and WHEN?
  • Paraphrasing the essence of?Adam Smith?in his groundbreaking work on?Wealth of Nations?claims,?

Equilibrium is achieved when folks are marching towards a common Goal by doing what they are truly happy with. — Siva Sundaresan

  • In enterprise, each employee needs to be a Homeo, by doing his/hers work in a manner they enjoy.
  • It’s important for employees to have autonomy and empowerment .


  • It is in the organization’s best interest for the employees to be autonomous and Empowered
  • Why should corporate invest and also give the reins to Employees?
  • That sounds so contradictory to conventional wisdom! Right? Wrong…?
  • Because, ONLY when then the employees can be truly happy(let’s call this state of mind Homeo) at how they do their work.

Only when each of the employees are at Homeo, the enterprise thrives!

Introducing Homeo …

  • Any enterprise looking for a success or productivity framework, needs to EMPOWER its employees and make them feel AUTONOMOUS within the framework of common good - the success of the enterprise.?
  • In such an environment, Meritocracy happens as a consequence and not a forced framework for success!?
  • When employees are in a state of Homeo (autonomous and empowered) within the common goal of the enterprises’s success, they decide WHAT and WHEN in the best possible HOW known to them. So they need to be autonomous and empowered.?
