SILVER SPRING, Md. – The HomeBuyer Brokerage LLC, a local woman-owned exclusive buyer brokerage, announced its opening. The HomeBuyer Brokerageis operating in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia (DMV) to exclusively serve home buyers in the region starting Sept. 1, 2022.?

The HomeBuyer Brokerage will consist of six exclusive buyer agents; Cliff Henderson, Lynn Spiegel, Lisa Velenovsky Hayashi, Stephen Mercer, and Marshall Henderson, with founder and owner Victoria Ray Henderson as the principal broker.?

While the HomeBuyer Brokerage is new, the exclusive buyer agents have decades of experience advocating for home buyers and are members of the National Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents (NAEBA), a nationwide professional organization of real estate agents and buyer brokers who only represent home buyers.?

“It’s a consumer-oriented approach to real estate – one that advocates solely for buyers,” said Stephen Mercer, HomeBuyer Brokerage agent.?
