A Home Away From Home!

We often have our employees wondering about what went wrong while we worked from home. While the pandemic was a time for us to practice the new normal lifestyle, we deep down missed the actual everyday life we lived. Because working from the office is much more productive than working from home.

We at Savex appreciate and look forward to getting the best out of our employees. Work from Home was effective and did help many of our employees contribute more than what we expected with their extended hours of work and flexibility. However, life at the workplace is something we highly recommend. Nothing can match the level of productivity that a workplace can bring in you dedicatedly. New ideas, new decisions, communicating with your colleagues, starting afresh morning by greeting your co-workers, finding a solution to a problem with your team, cheering up each other, and most importantly returning back home with a satisfyingly productive day.

Mr. Boris Johnson, PM of the UK said, “My experience from working from home is you spend an awful lot of time making another cup of coffee and then, you know, getting up, walking very slowly to the fridge, hacking of a small piece of cheese, then walking very slowly to your laptop and then forgetting what it was that you’re doing. Many may disagree with me, but I believe people are more productive, more energetic, more full of ideas when other people surround them.”

Well, we do not disagree with this, because the energy you bring around at the workplace is what adds value to others around you. Each day we grow because our employees bring that vibe and energy to our workplace. That’s what makes Savexites not just employees but a part of the Savex Family.
