Oceans and Oceans
The churning waves. The ebbing tides.
A moving dance of tiny drops.
It is a song, a never ending song.
A moving dance of tiny drops.
My dreams rush to and fro,
Like the sea.
Tearing wildly at the shore,
Like the sea.
Reality is unmoved and still,
Like the land.
Unmoved by the storms of time,
And I am always on the shore,
Between dreams and reality,
Between sleep and awakening,
But neither offers refuge!
For we are no more
Than a heap of rubbish,
A page of meaningless symbols,
A forgotten field.
A plot of ground,
A grave.
To rest, to sleep
Forever,?forever,?forever.
Oceans and oceans,
The sea, the sea, the sea,
Great waves crashing against the shore.
Oceans and Oceans

Matthew 26
Peshitta Holy Bible Translated
from the Aramaic - Jesus’ first language
?. . .?
17But on the first day of Unleavened Bread, the disciples came to Yeshua [Jesus] and they said to him, “Where do you want us to prepare for you that you may eat the Passover?” 18But he said to them, “Go to the city to a certain man and say to him, 'Our Rabbi says, 'My time is come. I will perform the Passover at your place with my disciples'.” 19And his disciples did just as Yeshua ordered them and they prepared the Passover.
20And when it was evening he reclined with his twelve Disciples. 21And as they ate he said to them, “Amen, I say to you, that one of you will betray me.” 22And it grieved them greatly, and they began to say to him, each one of them, “Is it I, my Lord?” 23But he answered and said, “Whoever dips his hand with me in the dish, he will betray me.” 24“And The Son of Man goes just as it is written about him, but woe to that man by whom The Son of Man is betrayed; it would have been better for that man if he had not been born.” 25Yehuda [Judas] the traitor answered and he said, “It is I, Rabbi?” Yeshua said to him, “You have said.”
26But as they ate, Yeshua took bread and blessed and broke and he gave to his disciples, and he said, “Take eat; this is my body.” 27And he took a cup, and he gave thanks and he gave to them, and he said, “Take, drink from it, all of you. 28This is my blood of the new covenant, which is shed in exchange for the many for the release of sins. 29But I say to you that I shall not drink again from this fruit of the vine until the day in which I shall drink it with you new in the Kingdom of my Father.”
30And they sang praises and they went out to Tur Zaytay [Mount of Olives].
31And Yeshua said to them, “All of you will be offended at me this night, for it is written: 'I shall strike The Shepherd, and the sheep of his flock will be scattered.' 32But after I am risen, I shall go before you to Galilee.” 33Kaypha [Peter] answered and said to him, “Even if every man will be offended at you, I will never be offended at you.” 34Yeshua answered him and said, “Amen, I say to you that in this night, before a cock will crow three times, you will deny me.” 35Kaypha said to him, “If I should die with you, I would not deny you.” So also all the disciples said.
36Then Yeshua came with them to the place that is called Gethsemane and he said to his disciples, “Sit here while I shall go and pray.” 37And he took Kaypha and the two sons of Zebedee, and he began to be saddened and to be disheartened. 38And he said to them, “My soul has sorrow even to death; wait for me here and keep watch with me.”
39And he withdrew a little and he fell upon his face and he prayed and he said, “My Father, if it is possible, let this cup pass by me, however not as I will, but as you will.” 40And he came to his disciples and he found them as they slept and he said to Kaypha, “Could you not keep watch with me one hour?” 41“Watch and pray lest you enter into temptation. The Spirit is ready, but the body is weak.”
42Going again the second time, he prayed and he said, “My Father, if this cup cannot pass unless I drink it, your will be done.” 43And coming again, he found them while they slept, for their eyes were heavy. 44And he left them and going on again, he prayed the third time, and he said the same thing. 45And he came to his disciples and he said to them, “Sleep now and rest; behold the hour is come; The Son of Man is betrayed into the hands of sinners.” 46“Arise, let us go; he has arrived who betrays me.”
47While he was speaking, behold, Yehuda the traitor, one of the twelve, came and a great crowd with him, with swords and clubs from the presence of the Chief Priests and the Elders of the people. 48And Yehuda the traitor had given them a sign, and he had said, “Him whom I shall kiss is the one; seize him.” 49And at once, he called Yeshua, and he said, “Shalom, Rabbi”, and he kissed him. 50Then Yeshua said to him, “Have you come to this my friend?” Then they came and they laid their hands on Yeshua, and they took him.
51And behold, one of those who were with Yeshua reached his hand and drew his sword and struck the servant of The High Priest and cut off his ear. 52Then Yeshua said to him, “Return the sword to its place, for all of those who take up swords will die by swords. 53Do you think that I cannot ask my Father and he would raise up for me now more than twelve Legions of Angels? 54How then would the Scriptures be fulfilled, that it must be so?”
55At that moment Yeshua said to the crowd, “Have you come out as against a robber with swords and with clubs to seize me? I was with you every day in The Temple sitting and teaching, and you did not arrest me.” 56But this happened that the scripture of The Prophets may be fulfilled; then all the disciples forsook him and fled.

Death is the Meaning of Life
JESUS, (English), Joseph of Arimathea and the Burial of Jesus
Ave Verum Corpus (Mozart) - King's College, Cambridge
Jesus death on the cross is obviously tied directly to the earth. And the surrounding story of the trial, and trials of Jesus reinforce the connection to meaning and reality (definitely to the reality of our own lives). The Cross is contextual. Jesus on the cross is not a Chinese Lantern. The Transcendental is Contextual. We close the loop. Death is the Meaning of Life.

The Lord's Prayer (Our Father): A Russian Orthodox Liturgical Work by Nikolay Kedrov, Sr.
The Lord's Prayer (Our Father): A Russian Orthodox Liturgical Work by Nikolay Kedrov, Sr.
Science has been so distorted by political aims that - science is not science anymore. Mindfulness promises to be at home with reality. That was the goal of science at one time. It now has become the goal of science, as it is being practiced, to use the efforts and remaining credibility of the scientists to foster political issues. Sad to say, to me anyway, that science has no credibility at all. So mindfulness has become the only methodology remaining to seek what reality is saying.
It is a difficult chore made more difficult by cultural and social pressure to see the universe as some in power prefer. Knowing how the mind works allows us to see reality as it is; and understand how the work of our mind can change that view. The original processes of the brain, that we were born with, are biased toward certain things meant to protect the child's mind. Other than that I think the mind is relatively "unbiased" and "impartial" in its processing. The system has such a design. Other attitudes come from our social and cultural associations. The most important and effective of these are our education. The problem with the whole education system is that it has traded opinions for reality. So the school feeds us tirades of bias and partiality all day long. It is hard to escape the barrage. It seems one "new" extreme bias is supposed to end all other bias.
So the job is to see reality as reality - starting with the place you are and the room you are in. And you must fight the fear that your life in the culture and society has left you with. We need to get real, for God is in reality, not in their parrot slogan,?chinese lantern, unreal truths. We need to face the fact that reality is not against us like these super slogan philosophies are. When we understand that reality is not as dumb as Newtonian Structuralism wants us to believe [Newton was not a structuralist and the world is not just structuralism]; then we can know that God is in this reality. The harmonic universe is a creative universe; led by a creative God.

The Lord's Prayer [Our Father] Significance of Literal Translation
The original of the Lord’s prayer was Aramaic [Jesus’ first language]. The Aramaic form is extremely mindful in perspective.

The Aramaic literal translation of Our Father to English is in the perspective of Mindfulness.
Our beloved, who is everywhere - Help us breath and live your name?
Your rule come to earth now - Create your desire in me - Grant what we need each day?
Forgive the faults that bind us, as we forgive the faults that we bind to others?
Free us from distractions and help us to not forget our source?
From you arises every vision, power, and song from gathering to gathering.?
Amen
