Actor?Matthew McConaughey wants to help your school. He has launched an initiative to help schools apply for $1 billion in new federal school-safety grants. Among the supports offered are grant writers to help complete those complicated, laborious applications.

A new report analyzes the?“science of reading” laws?states passed between 2019 and 2022. What it found: new requirements for teacher professional and preservice learning, but not much support for broad system change.

This is why I won’t teach anything to college level! Teachers below College spent most the time filling out forms for the feds for the state then teaching!
