I’ve cracked the code.

Since I was 13 years old, I've tried sooo many different routines, habits, and strategies to help me with whatever season I was in.?

If that was to get super fit.?

Remember the answers for a test.?

Or simply challenge myself.?

One week I would try cold showers.?

The next I would be on the fruitarian diet ????♀?

Next, I would train like an athlete.?

Wake up at 4 am to go to the pool and swim laps.?

I was crazy but enjoyed the challenge.?

And because I have tried so many, in this new season of being a mum & business owner, I stick to the habits that work!?

Here’s what’s working for me right now…

1?? Celery juice first thing in the morning.??

I came across this one TikTok one day.?

Every person who drank it first thing in the morning was glowing!?

I mean glowing!?

So I gave it a go.?

It’s been a while now and it's the best thing I’ve ever done.?

My skin has cleared up.?

I feel more positive.

My energy levels are through the roof.?

My sleep is so amazing!?

Here are a few benefits:
