Holly, Napoleon and Moon River
American Art (film, music, literature, script) transformed Capote’s and Hitler’s concept of the American Woman. Both Hitler and Capote regarded the American woman as "prostitutes" as portrayed in Truman Capote's original concept of a sordid Holly (short for Hollywood):
Film, music and script (Art) transformed her into the more lovable person we know and love:
Moon River, Henry Mancini’s musical score, and?Hollywood producers Martin Jurow and Richard Shepherd’s?script, indelibly transformed Audrey Hepburn into one of America’s most beloved icons. What these script writers did which today’s educators struggle to do, is to make relevant the concepts of womanhood, love and the three passions most common to all of humanity:

Education and Law?
Napoléon on Education
Andrew Roberts describes Napoleon’s contribution to French education with the future emperor’s speech to the Conseil:?
Education is the most important of all the institutions, since everything depends on it, the present and the future. It is essential that the morals and political ideas of the generation which is now growing up should no longer be dependent on the news of the day or the circumstances of the moment...Men already differ enough in their inclinations, their characters and everything that education does not give and cannot reform...Let us have a body of doctrine that does not vary and a body of teachers that doesn't die. - Napoleon?
Napoléon on Law?
Andrew Roberts also explained Napoleon’s contribution to law - with the Code Civil:
Napoleon, according to Roberts, instinctively understood that if France was to function efficiently in the modern world, she needed a standardized system of law and justice, uniform weights and measures, a fully functioning internal market and a centralized education system, one that would allow talented adolescents from all backgrounds to enter careers according to merit rather than birth.?
His first and most important task was to unify France’s 42 legal codes into a single system.?

A Little History of Italy and the EU
Encyclopedia: "The Napoleonic Code forms the basis of law in Europe and aspects of it are adopted by 40 countries spanning every continent except Antartica. it is through law that republics are created. The Cispadane (along the Po) Republic was formed by uniting Bologna, Ferrara, Modena and Reggio, by abolishing feudalism, by the decree of civil equality, by instituting a popularly elected assembly and began the "Risorgimento" (resurgence) or unification movement which was - some 75 years later - to create a unified, independent Italy. *
China
From 2017: China is acquiring a civil code. The General Principles of Civil Law were passed by the National People's Congress on March 15th. China passed an inheritance law in 1985, a contract law in 1999 and a property law in 2007, a tort bill in 2009. There have been gaps and inconsistencies. These are resolved by the Supreme People's Court. This is not a panacea but perhaps a step in the right direction.?
