From?November 29, 2024, to January 7, 2025, Bright Lights Windsor will once again light up Jackson Park with thousands of lights and stunning displays! ?? Amherstburg River Lights Winter Festival
The?River Lights Winter Festival?opens its doors on November 16th and will dazzle visitors until January 5th. The excitement begins on opening night at 5 p.m. with the much-anticipated Super Santa Walk/Run/Wheel, where participants can join in a fun community event. Afterward, families can warm up with complimentary hot chocolate at the charming Gingerbread Warming House located in Toddy Jones Park. As the evening unfolds, be sure to catch the spectacular fireworks display at King’s Navy Yard Park, followed by a festive movie screening at the historic Commissariat Building, making for a magical holiday evening.

Also launching on November 16th,?Kingsville’s Fantasy of Lights Festival?starts the celebrations with the traditional Santa Claus Parade at 5 p.m., featuring festive floats and community participation. After the parade, take a leisurely stroll down to Lakeside Park, where the official opening ceremonies will take place. These will showcase the stunning array of holiday lights that illuminate the park. This picturesque display is sure to fill visitors with seasonal cheer.

Beginning on November 22nd at the LaSalle Civic Centre, the?Holiday Lights Heritage Nights?offer an enchanting outdoor light display that is synchronized with holiday music to create a truly festive atmosphere. To accommodate all guests, sensory hours—where the music is turned off for a more tranquil experience—will be available Monday through Thursday from 5 to 10 p.m. Additionally, this year the Holiday Night Markets will commence on Sundays starting November 24th, providing a perfect opportunity to browse local vendors and find unique gifts while enjoying the beautiful lights.
