There has been a lot of speculation about what will be in today's Employment Rights Bill.

This email is being prepared in advance (as it always is) so I'm not going to try to guess the detail of today's announcement, although we do know the headlines.

I always send you an update at 10am on a Thursday, so didn't want to miss it today, but my message is very incomplete. There are lots of people who are holding briefings on Thursday, but I want to take a day or so to properly digest the legislation and figure out, not what it says, but what it means in practice.
