Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Hogan IDS Developer to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Hogan IDS and core banking systems, with expertise in analysis, design, development, and support of Hogan applications. This is a remote position open to candidates located in the USA or Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Hogan IDS applications, ensuring high performance and stability.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions.
• Modify existing applications and create new programs in line with business needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Hogan systems.
• Provide support for system enhancements, upgrades, and patches.
• Perform unit testing and participate in system integration testing.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Hogan IDS Developer.
• Strong understanding of Hogan core banking systems, specifically IDS (Integrated Deposits Systems).
• Proficient in mainframe technologies such as COBOL, JCL, CICS, and VSAM.
• Experience with Hogan modules like CIS (Customer Information System), HOGAN IDS (Integrated Deposits System), or other Hogan products.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in the banking or financial services industry.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in banking.

Contract Duration:

• 6-12 months with the possibility of extension.
