The Hobbs Times: Issue 4
It's been a crazy busy past few months at Hobbs, so we decided to combine the January & February issue into one big newsletter! This issue is our second to be published both online and in print.
In this issue, we got the special opportunity to interview one of the longest-staying tenants in our portfolio, NC Family Policy Council, who have been with us for two decades. It was a pleasure interviewing the team and learning about their operations!
Our property feature for this issue is our new property located at the corner of E. Six Forks Road and Anderson Drive, 3010 Anderson Drive.
3010 Anderson Drive is a convenient one-story traditional office/medical office building that provides great visibility and is just a few minute's drive from central North Hills. We've leased about 2/3 of the building so far, but there are a few more spaces still available! Renovation is currently underway.

We also had the special opportunity to publish a full-page advertisement in The Triangle Business Journal (TBJ). It was a pleasure working with TBJ and it was so much fun preparing the advertisement. In addition to the information listed in the publication, we'll also be publishing more details about the advertisement on our main LinkedIn page soon!
So far this year, we also had the honor to welcome a few more tenants to our portfolio, and bring on two more members of our maintenance team!

We are excited to welcome two new members of our maintenance team, Mitch Medlin & Jay Nguyen! Expect to see them roaming our properties performing preventative maintenance and other repairs.
We're excited to let you all know about what's up next at Hobbs! Keep an eye on this space for future issues.
