Did you know that 60% of the neighborhoods in our area are governed by a Homeowners Association? Lots of people have asked me whether or not they should live in an HOA area. However, there’s no definitive yes or no answer to that question. Today I’ll share the pros and cons of HOAs and let you figure out if it’s right for you or not.
