As 2024 winds down, I want to take a moment to say thank you. This year has been filled with challenges and wins, and I'm incredibly grateful for the trust and partnership we've built. It’s been an honor to work alongside businesses like yours that continue to push forward and make an impact.

This season is a natural time to reflect on what we’ve learned, where we’ve grown, and how far we’ve come. In 2024, we adapted, delivered, and found new ways to create value for our teams, customers, and communities. I am proud of the progress we’ve made together and the momentum we’ve built for what comes next.

Looking ahead to 2025, there’s so much to be excited about. Change is constant in this industry, but with it comes opportunity for those ready to step up, think creatively, and act. My goal remains the same: to help you stay ahead, seize new opportunities, and keep growing. Let’s make 2025 a year to remember.

Wow! 2024 is almost over! Earlier this month, the PRO Team held our Q4 meeting to wrap up the year. While we spent most of the meeting days reflecting on 2024 and preparing for 2025, we still had time for some fun team building activities, including a spaghetti tower challenge that got a bit messy! Our meeting days culminated in our annual holiday party, where we were able to celebrate the year with our coworkers, friends and family!
