Around?The Town...

On Wednesday, May 1, our client Rosedale Tech celebrated a major achievement on National Skilled Trades Day—the completion of their Phase II construction—with a Grand Opening event. The completion was made possible by a $1 million grant from Pennsylvania’s Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program (RACP) and a partnership with Johnson Controls. The new space includes 2 labs and 3 classrooms, featuring the Johnson Controls Lab and Dean Residence. The new classrooms incorporate a hybrid concept that combines theory with hands-on learning approaches. The event not only featured a grand opening with a ribbon cutting ceremony and tours of the new spaces, but also a tradeshow offering an exclusive opportunity to explore the latest technologies and equipment related to these fields from various companies. Congrats to Rosedale Tech on this remarkable achievement, and here's to many more milestones in the future!
