HLTH and other healthcare conferences

November was a busy month for us at Infermedica as we sent nine of our representatives to four healthcare conferences, spanning three continents.

The events

• We sent six of our reps to HLTH 2022 in Las Vegas. See the recap below for details
• Amanda L. Bury, MS and Mi?osz Wiciński attended the 5th GCC eHealth Workforce Conference in Dubai — Milo commented, "During the event, there was a big emphasis on digital front doors and sharing medical records between patients and providers"
• Alex Long and Brandon Farrell visited HCIC in Miami to connect with healthcare providers and leaders in healthcare marketing and technology
• Frank Neumann and J?rg Weise headed to Bitkom in Berlin to meet with key stakeholders and companies working to advance digital healthcare

Here's a recap from HLTH 2022

One of the leading global healthcare events, HLTH took place in Las Vegas from Nov 13th - 16th.

This four-day entertainment-filled conference saw organizations, providers, payers, employers, and digital health companies from across the world come together to discuss the challenges and opportunities facing patients, caregivers, clinicians, and health systems.?

Here are our top five observations!

• Companies are really starting to understand how digital tools connect to clinical workflows and outcomes
• Consumers expect healthcare to be consumed and delivered through direct digital interfaces
• There's a need to effectively triage emergency care to reduce clinician and cost burdens
• Organizations have to collaboratively build engagement platforms through API-driven methodologies, rather than building their own
• Clinical burnout is real — and needs to be addressed
