• Reports: Hivelight now automatically generates live analytics to help you track performance and take effective action on all aspect of your firm - from intake and referrals to, matter velocity, to managing capacity, wellbeing and more. (Learn more ).
• New comprehensive support library: We have updated our support library with searchable articles and videos (view support library )

• Task templates: Simple workflows for quickly assigning common tasks.
• Add task tags to roadmaps: For tagging and filtering tasks at scale.
• Contact notes: Add notes to contacts.

Features & tips from our previous update

• Roadmaps are now truly agile: You can now publish a new version of a roadmap and update your matters with that new version (learn more )
