Announcements

This month we are so proud to announce our global NPS of 82 from our brands. Having such positive feedback in December really goes to show how successfully we managed peak season.

This is an amazing achievement from a team dedicated to the growth and happiness of our brands. Well done to all!

Product updates

In exciting news for Shopify users, this month we released issuing refunds and store credit directly from the Hive App.

This is a big win for improving the efficiency of our brands' workflows, and decreases the need for tool-hopping. Check it out in action in this video here:
